A well-kept, fully furnished, 2 bedroom vacation rental in a private setting with a fish pond and flowing stream. It has a fully equipped kitchen including stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, etc. Each bedroom has a double bed and the sofa also opens to a double bed. It has both a furnace and air conditioning for comfort. It is equipped with washer & dryer, satellite TV, a gas grill, picnic table and a campfire pit. The fully-stocked pond has trout, bass and bluegill. We stock our pond with 20,000 - 35,000 fish yearly. You can eat what you catch when available. Also, the stream has native trout, steelhead in the spring and salmon in the fall.
The property is adjacent to thousands of acres of national forest with hiking trails, snowmobiling, great hunting, abundant wildlife and birds. We are open in the winter and welcome hunters during hunting season. Lake Huron recreation is nearby as well as several golf courses and canoe & kayak rentals. The Sturgeon Point Lighthouse & Park, Harrisville Harbor and fishing charters are located nearby.
The rental will sleep 6 people. Call regarding pets.
