This cozy one-bedroom cottage is tucked away in a picturesque setting on a private pond in Black River. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen which includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffeemaker, pots & pans, dishes, etc. The livingroom has a loveseat that opens to a twin bed and the bedroom has a full size bed. The bath includes a shower, washer and dryer.  The sliding door leads to a deck overlooking a lovely view of water and mature trees. There is a gas furnace for heat.

Our pond is fully stocked with 20,000 - 35,000 various fish such as trout per year. You can eat what you catch when available. We are open in the winter and are conveniently located for hunting season.

The cottage abuts the Huron National Forest with many hiking trails,abundant wildlife and great hunting in the fall. There is  fishing, swimming and a Lake Huron boat ramp only 3 miles away. The Sturgeon Point Lighthouse & Park, Harrisville Harbor and fishing charters are located nearby.

The cottage comfortably sleeps 3 people and is not handicap accessible.
