Bar opens at 4 p.m..Music begins at 9 p.m.     SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 18th Bright Lite Vehicle Showdown 8 a.m. (e-mail for Application entry form) Firemen's Memorial Festival races at 9 a.m. - 1 mile, 5K and 10K run  North Higgins Lake State Park.  Memorial Service and placing of Memorial Wreaths at 9 a.m. at  the Firemen's Memorial Site.
