West Branch Michigan Situated on Clear Lake, this resort is tucked away in a wooded nest of shady mature trees. The summer brings water recreation which includes swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, fishing, canoeing, and water skiing. 

Clear Lake is spring-fed and crystal clear. The lake covers 200 acres, has a water depth of 50 feet, and it contains 3 small islands. Fish include walleye, bluegill, pike, small and large mouth bass, and perch.

full kitchen
full-size bed and full-size pullout couch
color TV and clock radio
bathroom with shower (no bathtub)
blankets, sheets and pillows
bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths
   (bring additional towels if desired) 
tubing on Clear Lake Relax with a sandy beach, two swing sets, large deck with charcoal grill, horseshoe area, boat docks, and a fire pit for bonfires. Also included is a picnic table and 2 resin chairs. We are conveniently located next to a public beach and boat launch -where boat rentals are available.

Within walking distance, you can have breakfast or lunch at the Side Door Restaurant, shop at one of the two convenience stores or go to the Clear lake Bar for dinner.
OTHER NEARBY ATTRACTIONS:

Golf courses, mini golf, boating, tennis, hiking, bicycling, horseback riding, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, hunting, restaurants,  shopping, and cocktail lounges banks, churches, and antique stores.

BOAT RENTALS

We have a rental selection of pontoon boats, fishing boats, and paddleboats. Rental rates are as follows:
$10 to $35 per hour
$20 to $150 per day
Bring your own boat and dock it for $10 per night, $50 per week, $180 per month, and $500 per year.

When you stay a week, you get free use of a row boat and paddle boat along with free dockage.


 
Discounted weekly rates are $590.00/week.

Directions: from I-75 North, Exit 212 (right), 3 miles to Fairview Rd (right), 5 miles to Clear Lake Rd (left), 6 miles to Clear Lake. Check in is in the office in the home; if management is not on duty, keys will be hanging on the front door.
