Policies

Pet Fee......$150 + Tax $2795-$14995/week Rates include cleaning, security deposit insurance, linens and towels, beds made and credit card processing charges. Optional services: Trip Insurance at 6.9% of the total and propane to heat the pool at a flat fee of $495 per week, rate varies based on the time of year. Pool dates are April 4 - October 30, 2015. Weddings & special events are allowed for extra $1500 50% of the rent is due at reservation and the balance plus taxes is due 30 days before your arrival. If booking before October prior to the year of your intended stay, $50 plus an advance hold agreement holds the date for you until October when the lease is emailed. At that time 50% of the rent is due and then the remaining rent and tax is due 30 days before your arrival date. Cancellation Policy: 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date. 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
